Educational Requirements:

            Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related field, obtained with a recognized institute.

 

Professional Experience:

At least 3years in Marketing or a similar field, previous experience in the Middle East will be an advantage.

Nationality:

              Arab and Western Nationals only

Competencies/Key Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently coordinate the flow of activities, data & tasks in the office ensuring the correct distribution of duties and readily assist the Marketing team in the daily activities of the department.
  2. Assist in designing, implementing, collating and reporting data / surveys to further the company's understanding of clients, future prospects and market forces.
  3. Actively work to build professional relationships with a range of stakeholders like customers, suppliers, colleagues etc.
  4. Effectively assist and collaborate with the Marketing Team in the execution and renewal of contracts with clients/customers.
  5. Coordinate all tasks and assignments, ensuring their timely completion, for the overall efficient functioning of the department.
  6. Ensure accurate data entry of all new contracts indicating the necessary terms and conditions for invoicing and billing purposes.
  7. As necessary, ensure timely renewal of contracts and inform clients of changes in procedures and pricing, etc.
  8. Prepare and complete the submission of Tender documents related to the company scope of services on time and correctly.
  9. Readily liaise with Human Resources and Public Relations Officer for timely processing of Security pass and other document formalities required for.
  10. Assist in tracking and monitoring projects in process. Accurately assess a timetable and communicate all needed information to the relevant staff for due action.
  11. Prepare analytical and statistical reports that are needed for the department for effective planning and broadcasting of marketing objectives.
  12. Supervise and ensure that the marketing database and operations budget, which includes client’s information, trend of income, mailing list, competitors’ information, lost clients; market share etc. is kept updated and accurate.
  13. Assist the marketing team in monitoring, periodically, the information from the database, in order to analyze it.
  14. Prepare and complete reports, periodically or when required, doing so accurately and on time.
  15. Participate and contribute effectively to the periodic organizational analysis and review by the Department.
  16. Readily complete all other duties as requested by the Department Head and Managing Director, assisting and providing relevant recommendations, as well as accepting direction.
  17. Readily make routine decisions with the aid of established guidelines and company practice.
  18. Actively participate in company quality improvement activities.
  19. Initiate timely market research studies and surveys as well as analyzing their findings to identify potential markets for our products and services.
  20. Support and facilitate development and implementation of customer services programs.
